Thermoelectric cooler

Scope:

Thermoelectric cooler can be widely developed for enclosed area climate control such as telecom outdoor cabinet,battery cabinet,industry control cabinet,precision instrument,telecommunication parts,medicine equipment,military equipment,etc.

Working principle:

Thermoelectric cooler is cooling equipment consists of semi-conductor.The inner sealed circuit is composed of the two different metal traverses X and Y.

After it is powered,heat on cool end is transferred to hot end,which leads to the temperature drop of cool end and temperature rise of hot end.And switch between hot end and cool end can be completed by changing electrode.

Characteristics:

1.Adopt semi-conductor to complete electronic cooling.

3.Without compressor and Freon.Environment-friendly,no vibration,no leak.

4.Use Environment-friendly materials,which meet RoHs requirements.

6.Normal working ambient temperature is -10°C to + 50°C.

7.Use high density and thermal insulation foam to fill the cool end and hot end of the cooling equipment.

8.The temperature of Overheat protector of radiator at hot end is set at +75°C±5°C.

9.Applicable to the sealed, vibrant, and rotary occasions on which compressor cannot work.

10.Heating and cooling can be changed automatically.

11.Except for fan, since there are no fatiguing or breaking machine parts,it is the most long-lasting,reliable method of cooling.

12.Alarm output to monitoring system.

13.Interchangeable and visual display service adapter.

14.Automatic self start after power recovery.

Radiation way:

This equipment adopts high density Aluminum fin and forced convection of blower to transfer heat.The red is hot air circulation (outside circulation),and the blue is cold air circulation (inside circulation).And the two circulation systems are isolated by high density and thermal insulation foam.
