Leveling machine:

*Leveling steel sheet and lead it get into next process.

*Mechanical structure: 19 leveling rollers, 3 pairs of supporting roller, driving device, 2 feeding roller and machine frame. Both sides of each roller have double-row roller bearing for loading and driving, these rollers are active. There are total 21 rollers, diameter is φ65, and distance between rollers is 75, with supporting rollers.

*The gap between up and down working rollers can be adjusted, so that to guarantee the leveling quality.

*Driving:independent joints of all the rollers with gear case are driven by 55Kw DC motor.

*Processing of roller:raw material - tempering - rough machining - hardening treatment - finish machining - accurate grinding

Function and summarize:leveling the steel sheet. Leveler is four-layer type, two layers working rollers(9 rollers up, 10 rollers down), two layers supporting rollers(for strengthening the intensity of working roller). Up supporting rollers are fixed on the beam, down supporting rollers are fixed on the machine base, there is wedge structure inside the roller seat of supporting rollers, which is used to control the pressing, so that to adjust the working roller and guarantee the leveling effect. Up and down working rollers, supporting rollers, beam and so on connect as a whole, the gap between up and down rollers can be adjusted separately, which make the pressing deepness of entrance and exit are different to get a horn angle, it can improve the leveling quality. The adjusting amount is shown by the dial gauge. Power is provided by AC adjustable-speed motor, which is distributed to every working roller through gear reduction, gear distribution box and coupling, running speed is continuously viable, also can make use of the electric eye in the storage pit for controlling to achieve the changing of high speed and slow speed.
