HJN efficient separator is the third generation of high efficiency dynamic separator. It has been widely used in the grinding system of cement enterprise. Compared with the ordinary separator the high efficiency separator developed by the most advanced technology in the international  has the following feature in its structure:

Special shape of the rotor blade replace the general shape of the rotor shape then make the separator region increased. The separation rate of material wil be more high and separator effective will be better.

The rotor internal of the separator add a swirl scatter has the following advantages:

a.      Avoid the pressure drop produced by swirl and lower pressure drop of the separator.

b.      Pass the energy produced by air flow rotation to the rotor, reduce the power consumption of the drive device and avoid the energy consumption of the swirl.

c.      Due to the using of swirl scatter the tangential speed of sepator outlet declined and lower abration.

The double bay sieving make the distribution of finished product more uniform and particle size distribution more resonable.
