The cement roller press  can replace all or part of the high-energy ball mill with fewer consumables and lower noise adapts to new plants construction and old factory technical reconstruction. After chosing this equipment the output of ball mill system can increase 30% to 50%, the 0.08mm fines accounts for 20% to 35% in the squeezed material ,less than 20mm fines accounts for 65% to 85%. Due to squeezing the internal structure of small particles is filled with microcrack ,it improves the grindability greatly. The roller face uses thermal welding,wear layers maintenance more convenient.
