Introduction of  QFT4 Blocker:

      1The structure of hydraulic rotary high speed material distributer ensures the sufficient density of weight bearing block; light frame block and coal dust block. it can reduce the material distributing time and raise the production efficiency.

      2Be compatible to the great extent with the production of terra ; footpath kerb; park retaining wall and irrigation block, and equipped with horizontal twice-material distributor.

     3 Adopt Japanese Mitsubishi HMI and PLC program control system to realize automatic control for the whole production line; all electricity components and hydraulic components are supplied by international famous company;

      4The control system equipped with data input and output device realize human-machine conversation. Trouble shooting system ensures the easy maintenance.

       5 Modular mold, pressing plate; scale board and core can be changed and replaced freely. Special mould steel manufactured by the most advanced heat treatment technology. It ensures every mold with a long service life.

Before-sale services:

(1) Tell customer how to build a brick plant, the complete plant including three parts, brick shaping machinery, drying and firing.(Confirm clay,power electricity,water,land area, fund)

(2) Guide customers to choose the best and economic plant, recover the investment within

(4) We are responsible for the offer, flow chart, and detail specification of each machinery.

In-Sale services:

After-sale services:

(1) We will send the technicians to guide with device installation, debugging and training operators until customers are fully satisfied

(2) Guarantee for machinery, materials and equipment supplied under this quotation are valid

for a period of 12 months after commissioning or 16 months after delivery whichever is earlier. Warranty shall cover manufacturing defect in material and workmanship but exclude:

1. Daily wear and tear

2.mishandling or improper operation

3. Incoming power supply fluctuation

4. Consumable and spare partS
