Elevator & Lowerator:

Elevator & Lowerator are mainly designed to pile or unload blocks to the expected height with travel switch,
photoelectric switch and proximity switch. The main frame are made of 25#square steel tube and three chains and
roller are installed on both sides which have a load capacity of up to 15 tons

Programmed-controlled Finger Cart: is used to transport wet concrete products from elevator to curing room,
and take dried concrete products from curing room to lowerator. Designed for loads up to15 tons is powered by
motor & hydraulic and controlled with advanced and stable PLC modular controller.Controlled by variable
frequency and allocated by coding, which guarantee finger cart access to any position of curing room in accuracy
