Introduction

The machine is our developed product for the primary grain cleaning equipment.It is used

for separating, threshing and grading gravel ,clay pieces, metal pieces, glass, ceramics,coal 

cinder from grain.With excellent air-separation-system you can remove the light impurity 

efficiently.Through the stable vibrating screens you can remove small impurity and big 

impurity, and obtain the seeds demanded.

Working principle

When the grain is fed into the machine, the dust and light impurity were removed by air 

aspiration system, and then materials enter to sieving trunk which has multi sieve layers, 

finally the material was graded to different level by size, at the same time all the oversize 

and undersize impurities were removed.The grain after screening will be thrown by spray

food system. In the process of throwing food, the remaining 5% of the impurities such as

lighter than grain impurities will fall to near the machine, heavier than grain impurities such 

as gravel, sand, etc.,will go far away from the machine, the cleaned grain is lied in the 

middle.Due to the vibration motor, the powder ,the direction of vibration and the body 

angle can be adjusted.
