1.Delivery time 

Within 25 ~45 business days after the receipt of deposit.
2.Packaging 

Wood case for electric parts, accessories; large sections will be loaded onto bulk cargo ship  

after packing.
3.Transportation 

Generally 35 days to 50 days to destination port.  

4.Payment terms 

FOB, CFR and CIF are common trade terms.We can accept 30%T/T in advance,the balance paid before shipment. 

5.Crane installation  

The professional installation team can be sent to local site to install for customer. 

6.Warrenty period 

We'll be responsible for maintenance if our product itself has quality problem during 1 year after receiving.

1.14 months warranty when products leave the factory, or 12 months warranty after installation and commissioning in addition to the human damage factors. 

2.2 years spare-parts provided for better maintenance.

 2. Can this type work in hazardous environment?  

    This gantry crane is just for application in general manufacturing work area.          Crane for hazardous  environment, please consult our professional sales manager.   

 3. Do your side can provide other lift tools? 

    Yes, we can provide some lift tools like grab, hoist and electric magnetic chuck as you want.

 4 The space of my workshop is limited, can the crane ok for mine? 

    Yes, please let us know your requirement and we engineer can design for you.
