5L Water Washing Filling Capping Machine

ZGF series linear type automatic small 5 liters bottled water production line is consisted water washing machine, linear type water filling machine and screw cap sealing machine. It can suitable for filling kinds of liquid, such as mineral water, pure water and other non-carbonated drink beverage. According to the different filling valves, the filling speed can be adjusted from 100 bottles per hour to 800 bottles per hour. This machine can fill the bottles from 3L to 10L.

Bottle washing machine

This machine is the linear type washing machine. When bottle come onto the locking position, the air cylinder will push the bottles into the bottle neck locking position. By the bottle neck locking mechanical arms, bottles will be reversed and washed by sterilized water. After washing and cleaning, bottle will be pushed back to the conveying belt again.

Linear type bottle filling machine

This series filling machine can suitable for filling many shapes of bottle.

Because of the linear type filling, the conveying belt of the whole processing line can be customized according the bottle shape and size. So, this filling machine can suitable for bottles which volume is 3L to 10L. If changing the filling valves and liquid conveying pipes, the filling machine also can suitable for filling high concentrated liquid, such as the edible oil.

With the increasing of the filling valves, the capacity of this filling machine also can be increased.

Screw cap sealing machine.

Only by changing different cap sealing module, this machine can work for small bottle and large diameter bottle neck bottle. The number of the capping module is according the capacity of the whole processing line.
