Product Description
Reactive blending mixer
The machine is mainly used in the preparation of liquid detergents, such as cleanser essence ,shampooand shower cream, hair gel etc.It is an ideal device for liquid preparation , which is integrating with blending ,dispersing, heating and cooling etc .
Performance & Characteristic
1)The blending system adopts single-direction or double-direction wall scraping blending and frequency conversion speed adjustment to satisify production of different technological requirements .
2)The materials can be heated of cooled according to technological requirements,steam heating and electric heating are allowed .
3)Made of imported SUS304 or SUS314L stainless steel .The tank body and pipe are subjected to mirror polishing .
4)The stainless steel electric control cabine can completely supervise the operation of equipment, and display such data as temperature and blending rotation speed etc .
