Brief introduction of this machine: This machine is used for homogenizing and emulsifying cream with middle and low viscousity and suitable for most ingredients. Its speial stator and rotor can generate strong cutting, milling, hitting, and turbulence to emulsify water and oil, granule diameter reach stable status which is to say 1-2µm.

Working Method&Applications: High shear Mixer (Batch type) is suitable for mixing, Dispersing, Shearing and Homogenizing all kinds of viscous liquid and pastes. High shear Mixer could be applied in Food, Beverage, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Paint& ink industry etc. The mixer consists of a centrally located shaft, connected  to a flanged type motor mounted on a steel housing. We have four types of different High shear Mixer stators tosuit different working condition.

The above machine which we supply it to you, we can give you one years after sales warranty, we can also send our engineer to you factory to install this equipment and train your staff, but the Buyer should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel accommodation as well as the means for Seller’s engineer. We will send some free set of spare parts for you change it.

Payment terms:

30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment. but we also accept L/C.
