Vacuum emulsifying mixing unit is consisted of homogenizing emulsifying pot (lifting cover, tilting pot body), water pot, oil pot, 

scraper dual mixing, vacuum system, electric heating or steam heating temperature control system, electric control, etc. It is the

 equipment for top grade medicinal ointment, cream, emulsion.

Safe production

Main pot emulsifying process was conducted under totally sealing condition, which prevent the pollution of the dust and 

microorganism. The material in water and oil pot vacuum feeding way to the main emulsifying pot.  The whole set structure 

is three layers jacketcan prevent the workers be scalded, and ensure safety.

Temperature Control

Use the electricity heating pipe heat the heat-conducting medium within the pot to realize the heating for the material. 

High efficiency blending without residue 

The material in pot is cut dispersing, and emulsifying through the homogenizer high speed inner circulation. Blending in forward

and reverse direction: clockwise is the frame type agitator mixing, and counterclockwise needle impeller. 

Clean

The contact part with material adopt high quality stainless steel, and the product meet the GMP requirements.
