      This machine applies to carry out sterilization to some gaps on the bottle mouth and cap which haven’t touched the high temperature materials after the fruit juice finished hot filling and capping .After filling and sealing, auto turned 90 degrees by this machine, then the bottles will be put flat, through material temperature to carry out sterilization inside cap wall, and then automatically strengthen to complete the work of sterilization. It uses the import chain, stable and reliable without damage to the bottle, the speed of transmission can be adjustable.

1. It is mainly used hot filling fruit juice and tea in PET bottle to sterilize PET bottle mouth and surface of caps, which haven’t been disinfected by high temperature.

2. It mainly consists of chief conveying chain system, support, bottle reversing chain system, bottle reversing guiding rod and repositioning rod. It use inner thermal medium to disinfect bottle mouth and caps without any other heat source, o it can save energy.

3. The machine is fully made of SUS304 stainless steel, elegant in appearance more convenient in operation.
