Material requirements:  
- PTFE liner strips to be extruded and rolled into cylindrical shape  
- Tapered cones machined from POM or UHMW-PE material  
 
Specifications:  
- PTFE liner thickness 0.2-0.5 mm with smooth finish  
- Cones must have 8-12° taper angle with polished surface  
- Components must be cut to precise custom lengths  
 
Application needs:  
- Low-friction assembly aid for silicone sleeves  
- Complete removability after installation  
- No residual material left on connectors  
 
All components must comply with industrial electrical connector standards.
