  • We require filtration media capable of processing clear extracts with particle retention between 5-74 microns. The system requires a filtration flow rate of 3000 liters/hour.  

    Our current sparkler filter system cannot utilize stainless steel mesh. We are specifically exploring economical, efficient and durable alternatives including ceramic, sintered metal, and fibrous filtration media.  

    Please provide technical specifications and material compatibility details for filtration media suitable for herbal extract processing. Emphasis on media durability under continuous operation and chemical resistance to plant-based compounds is required.
