We require monthly supply of solder materials and thermal compounds:  
1. Solder Powder (20kg boxes):  
- Leaded: 63/37 T3 & T4, 60/40 T3 & T4, 55/45 T3 & T4  
- Lead-free: Sn99.3Cu0.7, Sn99Ag0.3Cu0.7, Sn96.5Ag3Cu0.5 (T3 & T4 grades)  
- Minimum 5 tonnes/month combined  
 
2. Solder Flux:  
- Both leaded and lead-free formulations  
- Compatible with solder paste applications  
 
3. Thermal management materials:  
- Thermal paste  
- RTV silicone sealant  
- Red adhesive  
 
Packaging preference: 20kg boxes for solder products.  
Delivery requirement: CIF Nhava Sheva with ASAP shipment.
