- Integrates pre-welded wire cage application or cage-forming capability  
- Enables quick changeover between different tube lengths/coil specs  
- Complies with CE/UKCA safety standards  

Seeking either:  
1) Customized coil winding machine adaptation for stub ends and cage placement  
2) Complete turnkey system including winding, cage integration, and basic QC checks
