We operate a factory producing artificial stone panels and are looking for production line solutions for both of the following processes: 1. Spray cement-based adhesive onto EPS/XPS boards (20–40 mm thick) and laminate fiberglass mesh (120 g/m2). 2. Apply fiberglass mesh (120 g/m2) onto EPS/XPS boards (20–40 mm thick) followed by a cementitious (polymer-modified) base coat using screed/doctor blade or knife-over-roll. Both processes should meet the following main parameters: - Working width: 1,250 mm - Production speed: ~8 m/min (~600 m2/h) - Controls: PLC, recipe control, thickness
