Packing : 60pieces in a smaller cardboard box and then put them          to a large outer box. (外箱)          Kindly advise net/gross/measurement of both smaller cardboard box          and outer box (外箱、is this also cardboard box or wooden case?)          Also advise how many 外箱will be loaded in a 40feet container. Required quantity : 1~2 x 40ft containers per month Destination: Yokohama port
