Good morning, We are developing a project related to naval / railway signaling and we want to know if your product can be modified in order to reduce some technical parameters.    We refer to the product  with BA20D base.We want these technical parameters: 1.The focusing lens should be simply flat with dispersion angle between 100-120 degrees 2. Supply voltage 12V AC (between 8-14 V AC). 3. The power supply will be made only through the two pins at the base. The body of the base should not contact when supplying voltage. 4. The welding of the BA20D base to the aluminum heatsink body must be very good, withstand vibrations. 5. The LED must be of good quality, minimum 50000 hours, the working temperature of the environment is -40... 70 degrees Celsius. The LED power will be 3-5W / 300 Lm, 6. The dimensions of your product are very good for our applications, only the lens needs to be replaced with a simple flat one. 7. The color temperature of the LED can range between 3500-4500 K.      First of all, we need 20 pieces for end-user tests .The estimated quantities for these projects are between 1000...50000 pieces, depending on the test results.
