We require 30 units of inflatable life rafts with 25-person capacity . The units must be SOLAS compliant and packed in weather-tight GRP containers (round type), with total weight not exceeding 185kg including raft.  
Required performance includes:  
- 30-day floating capability in all sea conditions  
- Drop-test certification from 18m height  
- Capacity to withstand repeated jumps from ≥4.5m height  
- Towable functionality at 3 knots when fully loaded  
Full SOLAS Pack A equipment required with:  
- 10,000+ calorie rations and 1.5L water per person  
- Medical kits, TPAs, flares, smoke signals, radar reflector  
- 4-year minimum shelf life for consumables  
OEM documentation must be provided with quotation.
