I am interested in  bag - making machines and would like to confirm if it can process the following materials: * Transparent polypropylene BOPP film (35 and 50 microns thickness) * Metallized BOPP film (double - layer) * Holographic BOPP film. The bags I intend to produce include both gusseted and flat bag types. 

We are interested in your ‘Rotary Seam Welding’ equipment. We manufacture shopping bags and bags for industrial packaging (see photos). The material has 3 layers: PP-fabric, coating and BOPP-film and a weight of 100 g/m2. I imagine that you have good experience with this equipment with nonwoven fabric, but ours is heavier, stiffer and harder to seal. We need the maximum power! What frequency develops more sealing power: 20, 30 or 40kHz ? Please offer the best for our application. The horn should have 80 to 100mm diameter.
