We are a furniture manufacturing company specializing in metal chairs and tables. We want to optimize and scale up the welding process of attaching expanded metal mesh to tubular steel frames, including 3D designs. Steel tubes: round section, Ø18–25 mm, wall thickness 1.2–1.5 mm. Expanded metal mesh: steel, sheet thickness approx. 1.2 mm, small mesh size (approx. 10×20 mm). The mesh is welded on the side of the tube. Required: fast, clean, strong welding without additional grinding or finishing.
