we urgently need you to provide us an estimate FOB and CF price of a turnkey hyper-intensive (high density stocking around 500kg/m3), RAS Industrial Fish farm with fresh water RAS to grow out tilapia and catfish up to 1kg in 4 months. The plant will be located in Douala Cameroon in Central Africa Region, by the riverside with water available between 25 to 35°C. Specification as follow: Treatment Capacity:  to be design Complete Tilapia line recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) with a capacity of 500 T/cycle and another Complete catfish line recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) with a capacity of 500 T/cycle normally containing Automatic feeding system and Design work. Furthermore, we will need your support and quotation for: a)     General planning of the complete project. b)    Detailed design of the fish pools including piping system  and the workshops. c)     Planning of the different recirculation systems according to the fish biology and production goal. d)    Planning of incoming water and waste water treatment. e)      Planning of the total energy supply (electricity, air/oxygen, cooling/heating) equipment supply. f)     Assembling of the RAS, test run and training of the staff for RAS running, training of the farm’s staff and professional start of the operationalization of the project. g)     During the initial operation and later on, we need your know-how and experience (Maybe to hire a Chinese operation director for a year).
