The standard capacity is 1000 liters (1 cubic meter), and some models can be customized in the range of 500-1500 liters.

The inner container is marked with liquid level scale line, which is convenient for accurate filling.

The tray is a four-way fork type, and the bottom is galvanized steel plate to enhance stability.

Second, the material and structure

Inner container

Ultra-high molecular weight high density polyethylene (HW HDPE) or ultraviolet resistant HDPE is used for blow molding, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion.

Some light-proof ton barrels adopt three-layer co-extrusion process of blue outside, black inside and white inside to reduce liquid residue.

Frame and valve

The frame is galvanized steel plate, and the intersection of vertical pipes is welded by four-point widening, which has strong impact resistance.

The valve can be ?DN50 ball valve/butterfly valve or ?DN80 butterfly valve (for high viscosity liquid).
