Product Description
Xinjiang Special Steel Plant has used the 10KV 2M and 7M high-voltage dynamic reactive compensation device produced by Aodong Electric, and the power factor has been increased to 98%, effectively filtering out harmonics. It has not only avoided fines, but also won the award from the power supply bureau.
Xinjiang Ant Special Steel Co., LTD., located in Changji Industrial Park, Urumqi, is an enterprise engaged in scrap steel smelting and oil processing. It currently has some 30-ton electric arc furnace, 1 refining furnace, 4 medium frequency furnace and 2 rolling steel production lines. The on-site load related parameters are as follows:
1. Arc furnace: 2 sets of 20000KVAR, 1 set of refined arc furnace 7000KVAR;
2. Medium frequency furnace transformer, 10000/5000/5000KVA, 35KV/1KV/1KV, 4 units alternately intermittent operation;
3. Medium frequency furnace converter nameplate: model 40/20000/0.1J, rated capacity: 40 tons, rated power: 20000KW, rated working voltage: 1000V, working frequency: 150HZ, furnace weight: 64 tons;
4. The power factor fluctuation range of the main transformer of the steel plant is 110KV/35KV/10KV during operation.
5. Now the 35KV filter device, 3rd time, 4800KVAR, 56A,193MH, 4th time, 7200KVAR,91A,60.7MH;

Load characteristic analysis:
A. Power load electrical characteristic analysis:

B. Analysis of electrical characteristics of rolling mill:
1, rolling mill is divided into DC rolling mill and AC rolling mill
2. Obvious reactive power demand
Impact load, response speed demand is obvious, SVG advantage is obvious.
3. Harmonic is prevalent, but the overall customer desire for harmonic governance is not strong
Different types of rolling mills, different impact degrees, plates (thick, medium-thick), wire rods (rebar, ordinary construction steel).
4. Aodong Electric strongly recommends SVG;
Analysis of electrical characteristics of C furnace load
1. Medium frequency furnace has a large amount of reactive power and harmonic demand, which can be divided into 6-pulse and 12-pulse furnace types.
2. The load of the refining furnace is relatively stable, with slight imbalance, low harmonic content and weak flicker impact. The main demand is reactive power demand.
3. The electric arc furnace has a large reactive demand, serious three-phase imbalance and harmonics, the main frequency is 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and various inter-harmonics, severe flicker and power grid voltage shock.
4. SVG works better.
