Low shrinkage rate: Its linear shrinkage rate is low, with the general shrinkage rate of condensation-type RTV2 silicone rubber being ≤0.3% and that of addition-type ≤0.1%, which ensures that the mold will not experience size deviations due to shrinkage during the curing process, thereby guaranteeing the size accuracy and consistency of the cement wall tiles.

Excellent mechanical properties: RTV2 silicone rubber has high tear resistance and excellent elongation, resulting in molds that are less prone to cracking and deformation. They can withstand the pressure of the cement slurry and the pulling force during demolding, allowing for multiple repeated uses and reducing production costs.

The curing process is simple, and it can be cured and formed at room temperature. The curing ratio of condensation-type mold silicone rubber is 100:2-3, and that of addition-type is 1:1. The operation time can be adjusted, making it convenient for construction.
