Product Description
The self-aligning roller is the core component of the belt conveyor, which realizes the real-time deviation correction of the conveyor belt through the mechanical structure. Its typical structure includes supporting brackets, slewing arms, arc guide rails and other components, and uses the power of the conveyor belt to drive the vertical roller to achieve automatic deviation correction.
The device does not require an external power source, has multiple types such as trough/parallel/buffer, with a diameter range of 89-219mm and a design life of more than 30,000 hours.
It is widely used in industrial transportation scenarios such as metallurgy, coal, and ports, and has formed a number of innovative technical solutions such as friction self-aligning and conical self-aligning. Since the 1980s, the correction performance and load-bearing capacity have been continuously improved through patented technology improvements.1
