Bently Nevada 3500/61 is an important relay output module in the Bently Nevada 3500 series monitoring system, playing a key executive role in the industrial equipment condition monitoring and protection system. It mainly receives alarm signals from 3500 series monitoring modules (such as 3500/32M, 3500/40M, etc.) and converts these signals into relay contact actions according to preset logic, thereby realizing shutdown control of on-site equipment, triggering of sound and light alarms, or linkage with other control systems. • Fan Protection System: In the blast furnace fan protection system of iron and steel plants, the 3500/61 module starts the auxiliary cooling system through relay contacts when the parameters reach the warning value according to the monitoring data of fan vibration and bearing temperature; if the parameters reach the dangerous value, it immediately cuts off the fan motor power supply and links to turn on the standby fan to ensure the continuity of blast furnace air supply.
