The Jin Yuanfa 4-axis compression spring machine utilizes four sets of servo motors to independently drive the wire feeding shaft, upper knife shaft, lower knife shaft, and outer diameter shaft, achieving precise division of labor and coordinated operation among the axes:

Independent zero point setting: The zero return position of each working axis can be freely set, meeting the adjustment needs of different spring structures, significantly reducing mechanical debugging time, and simply improving efficiency.

Closed-loop control system: Equipped with Japanese Sanyo servo motors, it ensures dynamic response speed and positional accuracy (error ≤±0.05mm) of each axis, making it particularly suitable for the continuous production of springs with complex geometric shapes (such as conical springs, shaped springs, torsion springs, and extension springs).

II. Intelligent operation and production efficiency improvement

Through the collaborative optimization of software and hardware, the equipment significantly enhances operational convenience and production efficiency:

Imported programming system: Equipped with a 14-inch Chinese LCD screen, it supports direct input of spring parameters (outer diameter, pitch, number of coils), simplifying traditional mechanical adjustment steps and reducing debugging time by more than 50% compared to ordinary machines.

Dynamic adjustment capability: Supports non-stop program modification, real-time adjustment of the thread tension acceleration and deceleration function, and features automatic thread break detection and alarm shutdown mechanism to reduce scrap rates.

High-speed wire feeding technology: For instance, the 416 model boasts a wire feeding speed of up to 150m/min, coupled with multiple sets of wire feeding wheels (2 sets), ensuring stable feeding for wires of varying diameters (0.15–1.6mm).      1.6mm  --5.0mm  machine we also produce them.
