PE standard ball valve

The application scope of PE standard ball valve covers many fields such as gas, water supply, municipal engineering, chemical industry, etc., and its all-plastic structure, corrosion resistance and convenient installation characteristics make it the core component of pipeline control.
Urban medium and low voltage pipe network
As a key shut-off valve for buried PE pipelines, it is used for the transportation control of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), artificial gas and other media.
Gas appliance connection
It is used in the front valve of the gas meter, the inlet and outlet of the pressure regulating box, etc., to achieve rapid cut-off during equipment maintenance. The double-release design avoids the risk of pressure build-up during operation.

1. Directly buried installation and maintenance-free
There is no need for a valve well, it can be buried directly, and the ground can be opened and closed through the sheath and operating cap, reducing the civil construction cost. Corrosion-free design (no painting or cathodic protection required) reduces maintenance effort and complies with CJJ63-2008 construction specifications.
The operating cap is marked with opening and closing direction to reduce the risk of human operation. Temperature cycle test from -20°C to 40°C and impact test to ensure stability in extreme environments.
2. Fast connection and compatibility
It supports electrofusion/hot melt connection with PE pipes, and transitions with metal pipes through steel-plastic conversion joints to achieve seamless connection of all-plastic systems.
Food and pharmaceutical industry: The non-toxic and odorless characteristics of PE material make it suitable for pure water pipelines in food processing workshops, sterile fluid control in pharmaceutical production, and meet sanitary standards.
