The PVC foaming regulator SRF series products belong to high molecular weight acrylic polymer.They can impart PVC products with enhanced flowability and plasticization properties, a higher melt temperature, this enables the formation of stable, uniform, and dense microcellular structures in foamed products, effectively preventing bubble interpenetration that leads to large pore formation. ensures low product density while maintaining high strength. Additionally, functioning as processing aids, these regulators contribute to achieving excellent surface quality in final products.
Experimental formula：PVC 100 parts；Composite lead stabilizer 3.75 parts；Stearate0.2 parts；Oxidized Polyethylene wax 0.15 parts；Titanium Dioxide 1.5 parts；Calcium Carbonate 5 parts；Processing aids variable.
