Refinery Safety Control: In equipment such as crude oil distillation and catalytic cracking units, it is used to execute safety interlock logic. For example, when the reactor pressure exceeds the standard or medium leaks, it immediately activates pressure relief devices or stops feeding to ensure the safety of the refining process.

High Integrity Pressure Protection (HIPPS): In scenarios involving high-pressure equipment (such as high-pressure reactors and compressors), it serves as the core control component of HIPPS, replacing traditional safety valves. It achieves overpressure protection through precise logic judgment, reducing unplanned shutdowns.

Safety Interlock in Explosion-Proof Areas: In areas such as explosion-proof workshops and storage tank farms, it links with combustible gas detectors and flame detectors. When dangerous signals are detected, it immediately cuts off the power supply and starts the ventilation system to prevent explosion or poisoning accidents.

Thermal Power Plant Safety Control: In key equipment such as boilers and steam turbines, it monitors parameters such as steam pressure, temperature, water level, and furnace negative pressure. When dangers such as overheating, water shortage, or furnace flameout occur, it triggers emergency shutdown procedures to protect equipment and personnel safety.

Nuclear Power Auxiliary Systems: In the auxiliary circuits of nuclear power plants (such as cooling systems and water treatment systems), it is used for safety interlock control to ensure that the auxiliary systems can operate reliably under abnormal conditions, supporting the stable operation of the nuclear reactor.

When the liquid level exceeds the upper limit or a leak is detected, it immediately stops loading and unloading operations and closes the valves to prevent overflow or fire risks.

Railway/Chemical Park Tank Car Loading and Unloading: It monitors the pressure, flow rate, and grounding status during tank car loading and unloading. If situations such as uneliminated static electricity or overpressure occur, it immediately stops loading and unloading and alarms to avoid explosions caused by static electricity.
