Product features:

1: The machine integrates automatic bag taking, weighing, bagging and sealing, realizing unmanned operation of product packaging;

2: The driving core is composed of PLC programming control system, servo power system and pneumatic execution system, and the human-machine interface of the LCD touch screen completes the fully automatic control from weighing to bagging and packaging;

3: The setting and modification of packaging parameters can be easily completed through the touch screen. The touch screen can memorize and store the packaging parameters of 10 different products. When changing products, they can be called out at any time without resetting;

4: According to the specific conditions of the customer's materials and output, different feeding methods (such as vibration, belt, spiral feeding) can be used to customize single bucket, double bucket, four bucket, six bucket scales and combined scales for automatic quantitative packaging. The weighing bucket of the weighing machine adopts the design of a closed load weighing bucket, which can prevent leakage and residual material during weighing;

5: The machine adopts optical fiber recognition signal transmission and has an encoder confirmation function, which has higher accuracy;

6: The optional stacking robot can realize the integration of packaging and stacking, thereby improving production efficiency, process and reducing energy consumption.
