Corrosion Resistance	Excellent resistance to hydrochloric, sulfuric, phosphoric, and nitric acids.
	Resists pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking (SCC).
Thermal Stability	Good resistance to thermal cycling and high-temperature corrosion.
	Performs well up to ~1500°F (815°C).
Mechanical Properties	High strength, excellent ductility, and toughness across a wide range of temperatures.
Fabrication	- Weldable using TIG, MIG, and other common welding methods.
	- Can be easily formed and machined, though work hardens quickly.
	- Hot and cold forming capabilities.

Hastelloy is a nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy,which is mainly divided into two
categories:nickel-chromium alloy and nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy.Hastelloy has
good corrosion resistance and thermal stability,and is mostly used in aviation,chemical fields, etc.

Hastelloy is composed of elements such as Ni,Cr,Mo,Fe,Si,etc.It is Ni-Mo series,
Ni-Cr-Mo series and Ni-Siseries corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant alloys in nickel-based alloys.Its density 9.2g/cm,melting point 1330-1380oC,magnetic permeability≤1.001(oC,
RT).
