Product Overview: As new energy vehicles accelerate the iteration towards high power and long endurance, the popularization of 800V high-voltage platforms and ultra-fast charging technology poses a revolutionary challenge to vehicle cables: traditional air-cooled cables face bottlenecks such as excessive temperature rise and accelerated insulation aging in 600A + high current transmission, and complex electromagnetic environments require more efficient shielding protection.
Product Technical Features: OMG liquid-cooled high-voltage cables are specially developed for 800V + high-voltage platforms and ultra-fast charging scenarios, and innovatively integrate liquid cooling and high-voltage transmission technology. The cable has a built-in spiral independent cooling channel and uses low-viscosity thermal oil circulation for heat dissipation, which can control the conductor temperature within 80°C. Compared with the traditional air-cooling solution, the cooling efficiency is increased by 40%, supporting 600A-1000A continuous high current stable transmission, and meeting the ultra-fast charging power requirements of more than 350kW. The conductor is made of high-purity tinned oxygen-free copper, with a double-layer shielding structure (aluminum foil + tinned copper braid), shielding efficiency ≥ 65dB, and excellent anti-electromagnetic interference ability; the insulation layer is made of 150℃ resistant cross-linked polyethylene, and the sheath is tear-resistant TPU material, which supports -40℃~150℃ wide temperature operation, and the IP68 protection level ensures reliability in harsh outdoor environments. The product has passed multiple certifications such as UL and TüV Rheinland, and has been used in BYD and Weilai's super-fast charging projects, providing low-loss, high-safety integrated heat dissipation transmission solutions for high-voltage platforms.
