Selling electronic products on the TEMU platform requires meeting a series of certification requirements to ensure that the products comply with the laws and regulations of the target market. The following certification requirements are organized according to the latest information:

EU Market

1. CE Certification:

- CE certification is a mandatory certification for entering the EU market, covering product safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and other requirements.

- The TEMU platform requires an official CE certificate, which must be stamped or signed by the issuing laboratory.

- For electrical and electronic products, CE-LVD (Low Voltage Directive) certificate must be provided, and only CE-EMC certificate is no longer accepted.

2. RoHS certification:

- RoHS certification is a directive that restricts hazardous substances (e.g., lead, cadmium, mercury, etc.) in electronic products, and all electronic products must comply with RoHS requirements.

- TEMU requires that the CE-RoHS report must include all SKU variants shown in the product picture, and separate reports are required for SKUs of different colors or components.

3. EPR Registration:

- EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) registration covers packaging laws, WEEE (e-waste recycling), and battery laws, among others. Countries such as Germany, France, Spain and Austria require mandatory registration.

4. EUROGENT Certification:

- EU Authorized Representative (EuGen) is the representative of the offshore manufacturer in the European Union, responsible for fulfilling the duties of the relevant directives and laws.

U.S. Market

1. FCC Certification:

- FCC certification is a mandatory certification for radio and communication products to ensure that electromagnetic interference complies with standards.

- The scope of application includes Wi-Fi devices, Bluetooth products, power adapters and so on.

2. UL test report:

- Although UL certification is not mandatory in the U.S., the TEMU platform requires a UL test report (e.g. UL 60950-1) to prove the electrical safety of the product.

3. RSL Report:

- RSL (Restricted Substances List) report detects hazardous substances such as lead, cadmium, phthalates, etc. in the product, which need to comply with the restrictions of Appendix XVII of REACH regulation.

Other Markets

- UK market: UKCA certification is required, which is a mandatory certification after the UK's exit from the European Union, and the requirements are similar to CE certification.

- Canadian market: ISED certification is required, similar to the U.S. FCC certification.

- Japan market: PSE certification is required, for power supply products.

Special Product Requirements

- Built-in battery products: need to provide battery certification in accordance with IEC/EN 62133 or UL 2054/UL 1642 standards, and provide temperature test reports.
