Structural composition: It consists of acceleration section, weighing section, rejection section and weighing control module. The function of the acceleration section is to increase the speed of the product to increase the distance between the products and ensure that one product enters the weighing section at a time; the weighing section is to complete the collection of weight data when the product passes through, and then transmit the weight data to the weighing module processor; the rejection section is to classify the products that have completed weighing.
Working principle: The inspected product enters the weighing machine from the assembly line and is transported to the weighing section through the acceleration section; during the movement of the inspected product in the weighing section, the sensor is deformed under the action of gravity, causing its impedance to change and output an analog signal; the signal is output to the analog-to-digital converter of the weighing module through the amplification circuit and quickly converted into a digital signal, which is transmitted to the processor of the weighing module and calculated through the weighing algorithm independently developed by our company; the weighing module processor amplifies and identifies the weight signal. If the product weight exceeds the preset upper and lower limits, the processor will output a rejection instruction to the rejection device on the rejection section, thereby removing the unqualified products from the rejection section.
