Product Introduction

1CE20 is a threaded plug-in standard balance valve series, which has three oil ports and can be controlled by an external pilot.

Operational principle

In the balance valve, pressure oil can freely flow into the load port from the valve port and stop the reverse flow of hydraulic oil. When the hydraulic oil tends to flow in the opposite direction from the load port to the valve port, the hydraulic oil can only flow smoothly when a large negative number at least 1.3 times is preset, or when a certain pressure is established at the pilot oil port.

The relevant parameters are based on: oil temperature=40 ℃ viscosity=40cSt

Rated flow rate: 20L/min

Large load balancing pressure: 270bar (4000psi)

Overflow valve set with high pressure: 350bar (5000psi)

Insert material: The working component is steel that has been ground and quenched (with galvanized outer surface)

Valve body material: aluminum (with a pressure resistance of 210bar); Steel (with a pressure resistance of 350ar)

Installation location: No restrictions

Attention

Adjusting the pressure to over 350bar (5000psi) may damage the valve body.

It is recommended to use a steel valve body for pressure applications exceeding 210bar (3000psi).
