The metal thin plate is pressed into concentric corrugated shapes, with the corrugations providing mechanical support. 

Its resilience is determined by the adopted form, metal thickness, corrugation spacing and corrugation height. 

According to the requirements, a soft sealing layer material is added to improve its compression and resilience

performance. 

Flexible graphite, PTFE, asbestos-free board or other soft metals can be chosen and pasted on the surface of the gasket. 

By taking advantage of the sealing property of the soft covering layer and the strength and elasticity of the metal,a better sealing effect can be achieved.

Performance features: 

1. It has better compression and resilience performance than traditional metal wound gaskets 

and wave-tooth combination gaskets, and has excellent sealing performance in high-temperature, high-pressure

 and alternating working conditions.

2. It does not damage the sealing surface and is easy to disassemble. 

3. The metal corrugated part can be reused, which is of great significance for larger gaskets or special material gaskets 

such as heat exchanger gaskets.
