Calibration steps for coefficient of friction tester

I. Preparation

Check the instrument: Make sure the power connection of the coefficient of friction tester is stable, and check the integrity of all components, especially the measurement sensor and drive system. Make sure there is no damage or abnormality in the equipment.

Common Problems and Solutions

Data still inaccurate after calibration

Error during calibration

Solution: Check whether the mechanical parts of the instrument are loose or damaged, and make sure the sensor and measuring system are working properly. Re-perform the calibration to ensure that all parameters are set accurately.
