Data collation: Preliminary collation of the recorded data, check the completeness and consistency of the data, and eliminate obvious errors or abnormal data points.

2. Data processing

Filtering and denoising: Remove unwanted frequency components through filters to reduce noise interference and highlight vibration signals of concern.

Standardization and Normalization: Standardize or normalize the data to facilitate comparison and analysis between different test results.

3. Data Analysis

Time domain analysis: Analyze the characteristics of vibration signals in the time domain, such as amplitude, root mean square (RMS), peak value, etc., to assess the strength and stability of vibration.

Frequency domain analysis: Convert time domain signals to frequency domain signals by Fourier transform, analyze the amplitude and phase of different frequency components to identify the main vibration frequencies and resonance points.

4. Result Evaluation

Identify problems: Through data analysis, identify problems that may occur in the vibration environment of the product, such as resonance, structural weaknesses, loose connectors, and so on.

Propose improvement measures: Based on the assessment results, propose targeted improvement measures, such as optimizing the product structure, strengthening weak links, adjusting the packaging design, etc.

5. Report Preparation

Report content: The test report should include sample information, test equipment and conditions, test results and analysis, conclusions and recommendations.

Report Format: The report should have a clear structure, detailed content, and be easy for readers to understand and use. Graphs, curves and other intuitive ways can be used to show the test results and analysis process.
