A. Paper feeding department:
Adopt SiGreen high wear-resistant suction belt, each can control the size of the air volume separately. To ensure the stability of adsorption, the machine adopts pneumatic buffer plastic shaft feeding method to effectively solve the problem of low compression resistance of cardboard with line, the paper feeding part adopts double drive servo separation before and after the paper feeding, while the preloading synchronous automatic adjustment, each cardboard before and after individual precise transmission, more accurate positioning.The front baffle of the feeding part can be adjusted by electric power, and the front feeding part can be adjusted by electric power. It is convenient and fast to meet the demand of paper supply of various specifications.

B. Wire touching part:

The paperboard is sent from the paper feeding department to the line touching department.It is a feature of our company's Folding gluing stitching machine. The original paperboard is often not ideal after the previous process, which affects the quality of products. The line touching part is to deal with the original rolling part by the method of line touching again, so as to achieve a better folding effect, and can well control the size of the carton after sticking nails. The key data is obtained from countless tests and tests. The pressure of the line touching can be adjusted according to the thickness and material of the paperboard. Therefore, the line touching part has the advantages of reasonable structure, novel design, practical convenience and obvious effect.

C. Folding part:

Linkage with the paper feeding part, frequency conversion speed regulation, folding and paper feeding part press line synchronous adjustment. Imported porous belt conveyor cardboard, automatic folding, the whole process of adsorption, effectively avoid weight box, film box, glazing box and other cardboard in the work of the phenomenon of skew skid pile of paper, make the machine more stable and efficient.

D.Calibration Department
1. The machine has a shaping device before the nailing box at the back of the folding part. Before the nailing box, the folded cartons will be adjusted and patted again to ensure that the nailed cartons have no scissors.

2. The calibration part is driven by servo motor.

3. The stitching line adopts 2 plates of 2kg flat wire automatic wire feeding device to reduce the number of wire changing and improve production efficiency.

F. Counting and stacking output
