Cold Bend Test Apparatus of IEC 60811-1-4 Bending Test at Low Temperature

The Cold bend test apparatus is fabricated in strict compliance with the test specifications set forth in Standard Clause 8 of IEC60811. It is a specialized testing equipment designed for the inspection of circular insulated wire cores with an outer diameter of 12.5 millimeters or less, as well as fan-shaped insulated wire cores for which it is not feasible to prepare dumbbell-shaped test specimens. This apparatus is employed to subject the aforesaid wire cores to winding and bending operations under low-temperature conditions and to determine whether any cracks will develop during the process.
