Ceramic Wear-resistant Elbow for Ash Removal Pipeline in Power Plant

Introduction and Application

The wear-resistant elbow of the ash removal pipeline is a high-performance pipeline connection accessory designed specifically for the ash removal system of power plants. Materials and Structure

A dense wear-resistant layer is formed at high temperatures above 2000 ℃, which makes the elbow composed of three layers from inside to outside: an alumina wear-resistant layer, a transition layer, and a steel pipe base layer. Due to the strong metallurgical bond formed between the transition layer and the steel pipe base, the wear-resistant elbow of the ash removal pipeline has good machinability and weldability.

Internally, streamlined design is commonly used, which allows the medium to flow smoothly within the pipeline, reducing resistance and energy loss. The fluid dynamics performance is superior to traditional metal elbows.
