Product Description
Introduction and Application
The wear-resistant elbow of the ash removal pipeline is a high-performance pipeline connection accessory designed specifically for the ash removal system of power plants. It is made of special materials and processes, which can effectively resist various corrosion and wear, and extend its service life. This type of elbow performs well in industries such as mining, steel, coal, metallurgy, and cement, especially when transporting materials such as tailings, ash, sand and gravel, coal powder, and concentrate powder.
Materials and Structure
The wear-resistant elbow of the ash removal pipeline is usually manufactured using the self propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) centrifugal melting casting composite wear-resistant lining process. A dense wear-resistant layer is formed at high temperatures above 2000 ℃, which makes the elbow composed of three layers from inside to outside: an alumina wear-resistant layer, a transition layer, and a steel pipe base layer. Due to the strong metallurgical bond formed between the transition layer and the steel pipe base, the wear-resistant elbow of the ash removal pipeline has good machinability and weldability.

Wear resistance performance
Hardness: The hardness of the wear-resistant coating is ≥ HRC90.
Wear volume: ≤ 0.06cm 3.
Temperature range: Can be used for a long time within the range of -50 to 700 ℃.
Fluid dynamics performance
Internally, streamlined design is commonly used, which allows the medium to flow smoothly within the pipeline, reducing resistance and energy loss. The fluid dynamics performance is superior to traditional metal elbows.
Connection method
The connection methods for wear-resistant elbows in ash conveying pipelines mainly include flange connection and welding.
