Drop Weight Impact Testing Machine During the products handling or transport process, there may be drop/ fall, which results in damage within the products. And the machine simulates the drop/ fall of a finished product to evaluate the damage. Standard test of packaged freights (surfaces,corners, and edges), etc. can be performed efficiently with a high accuracy.

Key Features of the Pre-Conditioned Drop Test:Environmental Conditioning Chamber:
Before performing the drop test, the sample is conditioned in an environmental chamber that simulates various real-world environmental conditions. This chamber can be programmed to control temperature, humidity, vibration, or other factors that could affect the product.
The pre-conditioning process can expose the product to extreme conditions like high heat, cold temperatures, high humidity, or freezing conditions to replicate the conditions the product may face in real-life scenarios (such as storage in a hot warehouse or a frozen shipping container).
