LCZ standard chemical pump is horizontal, single-stage, single suction centrifugal process pump. Its dimensions and performances conform to the DIN24256/ISO2858 standard.
The Range Of Performance Capacities(Q )up to 2000M3/h heads(H )≥160M operating pressures (P)up to2.5Mpa operating temperatures (t)-80℃~300℃
Steady characteristic curve, low NPSH, high efficiency. maintain these characteristics even in the below load.

Applications:

Transporting low or high temperature liquid; neutral or corrosive liquid; clean or the liquid containing solid particles. Particularly suitable for chemical and petrochemical industry, refinery, coking industry, the paper and pulp industry, sugar industry.

Pumping Medium:

Sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and phosphoric acid and inorganic acid and organic acid at a variety of temperature and concentration. Sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate as alkaline solution at a variety of temperature and concentration.

Design features:
Impeller adopts closed or semi open.
The impeller is provided with a back of a piece, so then reducing the mechanical seal pressure, extending the service life of mechanical seal. Cooling water flushing using API682 scheme type, to ensure the sealing service ,especially for high temperature or low temperature, strong corrosion medium characteristics is preferred.
