Cold and hot impact testing machine is used to test the degree to which material structures or composite materials can withstand continuous environments of extremely high and low temperatures in an instant, in order to test the chemical changes or physical damage caused  by thermal expansion and contraction in the shortest possible time. Applicable objects include metals, plastics, rubber, electronics, and  other materials, which can serve as a basis or reference for product improvement.

CHARACTERISTIC

1. The two box equipment is divided into two parts: high temperature zone and low temperature zone. The test product is placed in a basket and during impact, the basket moves the test product into the high temperature or low temperature zone for balancing. The test product is dynamic. 

2. Adopting a touch based graphical interface for easy operation.

3. The impact method applies the wind path switching method to import the temperature into the testing area for cold and hot impact testing.

4. When subjected to high or low temperature shock, the maximum time can reach 999H and the maximum cycle cycle can reach 9999 times.

5. The system can be used for automatic cycling or manual selective impact.

6. The cooling adopts a binary freezing system, which has a fast cooling effect. The cooling method is water-cooled.

7. Cannot test impact at room temperature.
