1. Basic structural parameters

Belt core material: cotton canvas, nylon canvas or polyester canvas is usually used as the belt core. Common belt core materials are NN100, NN150, NN200, NN250, NN300, NN350, NN400, NN450, NN500, etc.

Bandwidth: The bandwidth range is usually between 100mm and 3000mm.

Cloth layer: The number of cloth layers is generally between 1 and 10 layers.

2. Covering rubber parameters

Working surface covering rubber thickness: The thickness of the working surface covering rubber is usually between 1.5mm and 8.0mm.

Non-working surface covering rubber thickness: The thickness of the non-working surface covering rubber is usually between 1.5mm and 4.5mm.

3. Performance parameters

Tensile strength: Different types of cold-resistant conveyor belts have different tensile strength requirements. The tensile strength of the scratch-resistant type (H) is not less than 24Mpa, the tensile strength of the wear-resistant type (D) is not less than 18Mpa, and the tensile strength of the general type (L) is not less than 15Mpa.

Elongation at break: The elongation at break of the scratch-resistant type (H) is not less than 450%, the elongation at break of the wear-resistant type (D) is not less than 400%, and the elongation at break of the general type (L) is not less than 350%.

Cold resistance: According to the different cold resistance performance, cold-resistant conveyor belts are divided into two levels, C1 and C2. The operating environment temperature range of C1 level is -45℃ to +45℃ (some say -45℃ to -50℃), and the operating environment temperature range of C2 level is -60℃ to +45℃ (some say -50℃ to -45℃). At the corresponding cold-resistant temperature, the change rate of tensile strength and the change rate of elongation at break must be within the specified range.
