Pre-construction Preparation

1. Machine mixing: Concrete mixer or mortar mixer; 2. Manual mixing: Several mixing troughs and shovels;

5. Flow channel; 6. High-level funnel, grouting pipe and pipe joints;

7. Grouting booster; 8. Templates (steel formwork, wooden formwork);

Grouting Construction

: Foundation treatment The foundation surface should be roughened. Clean the foundation surface, and there should be no debris such as crushed stones, floating slurry, floating ash, oil stains and release agents. 24 hours before grouting, the foundation surface should be fully moistened, and 1 hour before grouting, the accumulated water should be removed.

: Formwork erection 1. Set up the formwork according to the grouting construction drawing. Seal the joints between the formwork and the foundation, and between the formworks with cement slurry and adhesive tape to achieve the degree that the overall formwork does not leak. 2. The horizontal distance between the formwork and the equipment base should be controlled at about 100mm to facilitate the grouting construction. 3. The top elevation of the formwork should be 50mm higher than the upper surface of the equipment base. 4. If the grouting slurry runs out during grouting, it should be dealt with in time.

Third step: Preparation of grouting material 1. Generally, it is mixed with water according to the standard of 12% for the general reinforcement type, that is, 25 kilograms of a bag of grouting material is mixed with 3 kilograms of water. 2. Use mechanical mixing, and the mixing time is generally 1 - 2 minutes (it is strictly prohibited to use an electric hand drill mixer).

When using manual mixing, 2/3 of the water should be added and mixed for 2 minutes first, and then the remaining water should be added and mixed until it is uniform. 3. The amount of each mixing should depend on the amount of use, and the material should be used up within 40 minutes. 4. When used on site, it is strictly prohibited to mix any additives and admixtures into the CGM grouting material. 5. The reference dosage is: 2280 - 2400kg/m3

Fourth step: Grouting construction method 1. For longer equipment or track foundations, segmented construction should be adopted. 2. Several commonly used grouting methods are illustrated (next page)

3. When performing secondary grouting, the following requirements should be met. During secondary grouting, grouting should be carried out from one side or adjacent two sides at multiple points until it overflows from the other side to facilitate the exhaust during the grouting process. It is not allowed to perform grouting from four sides simultaneously., After the grouting starts, it needs to be carried out continuously without interruption. And the grouting time should be shortened as much as possible., During the grouting process, it is strictly prohibited to vibrate. If necessary, the grouting booster can be used to push the CGM grouting material along the bottom of the grouting layer. It is strictly prohibited to push from the middle and upper part of the grouting layer to ensure the homogeneity of the grouting layer., After the equipment foundation grouting is completed, a 45-degree bevel should be cut along the edge of the equipment 3 - 6 hours after grouting to prevent cracks at the free end. If the edge cutting treatment cannot be carried out, the surface of the grouting layer should be polished with a trowel 3 - 6 hours after grouting., When the thickness of the grouting layer exceeds 150mm, the high-strength non-shrinkage grouting material of the bean stone reinforcement type should be used., When the grouting amount of the equipment foundation is large, the mixing of the bean stone reinforcement type grouting material should be carried out by mechanical mixing to *** grouting construction.
